Return Policy
Body Back Company accepts returns of products within 30 days of the original purchase date with proof of purchase (order number).

If we made an error on your order, or if the product is defective, please contact customerservice@bodyback.com, or call (800) 285-8957 Mon-Fri 9am - 4pm (EST). Please have your order number ready for any inquiry or to request a free return shipping label. 

*For Body Back Buddy products, $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and you must return Body Back Buddies only in the poly bag packaging provided in your order. If you need a poly bag sent to you prior to shipping, please contact Customer Service as listed above to have one mailed. 

Exchange Policy
Body Back Company does NOT cover return shipping for exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, you will need to ship your product back at your own expense. Body Back Company will cover the shipping for your new item(s) over $35.
