We require a minimum of $100 for international orders. If you would like to proceed, please compile an order totaling $100. Please contact us to let us know what you would like to order including your full shipping address and we can send you an invoice from Paypal to pay from.

We want you to be 100 percent satisfied with your purchase from us. All of the Body Back Company products have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at 800-285-8957 within 30 days of the date of your purchase for a return authorization number and the address of the warehouse to send your item(s). However, some personal items are not returnable. Some of non-returnable items include:

  • Scalp and Head Massagers
  • Pillows

All products must be in the original packing and in resellable condition. A 20% restocking fee applies to items that have obvious wear and cannot be resold.
