Body Back Buddy

Since 1995, the Body Back Buddy has been 100% sourced and manufactured in the United States. Knoxville, Tennessee is where the Buddy is currently being manufactured.

The Body Back Buddy Elite is new in 2020 . It is made with our new higher strength fiber infused material and comes with 4 molded, textured grips and 11 numbered knobs that you can match to your specific body parts as shown in the user guide and poster. The Body Back Buddy Classic is made from the same new material, has 11 knobs without the numbers and does not have the 4 molded grips.

The Body Back Buddy Jr. is more compact and portable than the Elite and Classic versions although it will certainly work for larger body types too.

If you're looking for a hard copy of the usage poster and/or manual, please reach out to our customer service with a mailing address and we will send it out to you as soon as possible. 

Every Body Back Buddy purchased through a verified retailer (Amazon, Walmart, our retail website) is automatically covered by the lifetime warranty. Warranty registration is not required. If you do experience any issues with your Buddy, please reach out to our customer service with your order number. 

The Body Back Buddy was created to relieve areas of tension on the body. Instructions are included with each Buddy and are available on our website. We recommend consulting with your primary care physician if you’re unsure on how to utilize the Buddy for your specific needs.

Shipping

We do not offer international shipping through our retail website. However, some of our products are available on their respective Amazon counterparts in Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain

Sometimes orders are preemptively scanned before they’re delivered. Please wait 24 hours and if you still haven’t received your order then please reach out to our customer service. 

Because of the way our automated system handles orders, it is only able to send one tracking number for an entire order, even if it is arriving in separate shipments. If the tracking states that your order has been delivered but you’re missing items, please reach out to our customer service. 

Returns

Return Policy

Body Back Company accepts returns of products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

IMPORTANT --  ALL Body Back Buddies, Scalp Massagers, and bundles containing Body Back Buddies and/or Scalp Massagers are NON-RETURNABLE

* Please note that $8 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

Exchange Policy

Body Back Company does NOT cover return shipping for exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange you will have to ship your product back at your own cost. Body Back Company will cover the shipping for your new item(s).
